Getting in touch with someone was always possible, and as someone who had little experience dealing with contractors/ insurance claims etc they really helped facilitate the process. And the work they did was great too.

They were extremely helpful through the entire remediation process from recommending inspectors to dealing with our insurance company. They went above and beyond with the remediation and repairs needed to get our basement back to normal. I would highly recommend this company.

Great responsiveness to a small residential asbestos identification concern

My son’s basement pump died the day of a huge rain storm. They woke to no heat and a basement full of water. The furnace couldn’t be worked on until the water was cleared. Huge rain storm, flood warning all around us…I never thought I’d find anyone who could come that day and help. BlueLine answered immediately and was at the house by that afternoon. They got the water cleared within the hour and started the process of cleaning up and drying out. After my initial call, I never had to do another thing. They just showed up, did their thing, made sure my son was aware of everything every step of the way and left the basement in amazing condition! Would highly recommend them to anyone!! And this was all less than a week before Christmas!
